By signing up for Ideš i piješ you accept the terms set out below. We've tried to keep them short and clear — they're here so that everyone is treated equally and there are no misunderstandings.
The event organiser is the „Čaš'ca" Association, Komarovačka 7, Kaptol, OIB (business ID): 67650417849 (hereinafter: the Organiser).
1 Registration and payment
A registration is considered valid only once the fee has been paid in full. The payment deadline is 5 calendar days from the day of registration, regardless of when you receive the email with payment details (so check your spam too). If the payment is not recorded within that period, the registration is automatically cancelled and the spot is released.
When registering, the participant must provide accurate and complete information. The Organiser is not responsible for the consequences of incorrectly entered information (e.g. a payment-instructions email that fails to reach the participant due to a wrong address).
2 Cancellation and refund
Cancellations are accepted exclusively by email to info@idesipijes.hr. The decisive moment is when the email is received by the Organiser. For cancellations received by 14 August 2026 we refund 50% of the fee; after that date a refund is not possible, as the funds have already been invested in materials and preparation. Any bank transaction costs on the refund are borne by the participant.
3 Transferring a registration
A registration is issued in your name and cannot be transferred to another person without the Organiser's prior written consent. If you can't make it, get in touch — we'll see what can be done, but we don't guarantee a replacement.
4 Postponement, change of format or cancellation of the event
Ideš i piješ takes place outdoors, and its running is partly dependent on weather conditions and other circumstances beyond the Organiser's control.
In the event of unfavourable weather, safety reasons, decisions by the competent authorities or other circumstances constituting force majeure, the Organiser reserves the right to change the programme, route, locations of the tasting stops, schedule or format of the event in order to ensure participant safety and to hold the event to the extent possible.
Such changes are not considered a cancellation of the event and do not constitute grounds for a refund of the fee, whether partial or full.
If the Organiser assesses that holding the event is not possible, the event may be postponed to a replacement date. In that case, the fee already paid automatically applies to the new date. A participant's inability to attend on the replacement date does not give rise to a right to a refund.
If, due to force majeure, the event cannot be held even on the replacement date and is permanently cancelled, the Organiser will issue participants a voucher worth the fee paid, which can be used for the next edition of the event. A cash refund is not possible in that case, as the fee funds have been used for the organisation, preparation and contracted costs of the event.
5 Participant responsibility
You take part at your own risk. The event involves walking approximately 10 km over undemanding but natural terrain, together with the consumption of alcohol. Participants must assess their own abilities and state of health and behave responsibly. The Organiser is not liable for injuries, loss of or damage to personal belongings, nor for any damage a participant causes to themselves, to others or to third parties.
6 Alcohol and safety
We serve alcohol to persons of legal age. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse further service and, as a last resort, to remove from the event any participant whose behaviour endangers themselves or others, with no right to a refund. Don't get behind the wheel under the influence of alcohol — we recommend accommodation nearby or organised transport.
7 Conduct on the route
Participants must follow the instructions of the Organiser and the hosts and stay on the marked route. The route passes through vineyards, private property and the area of the Papuk Nature Park — please respect other people's property and nature, and don't leave litter behind. Participants are personally liable for any damage they cause to the property of hosts or third parties.
8 Recording and photography
Photographs and video recordings are made during the event, which we may use for promotional purposes. If you don't want to be featured, let us know at info@idesipijes.hr and we'll exclude you.
9 Protection of personal data
We use the information from your registration (first name, surname, email and payment details) solely to run the event, and we undertake not to share it with third parties except where necessary for running the event itself or required by law. If you'd like access to your data or its deletion, contact us at info@idesipijes.hr.
10 Changes to the terms
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your registration.
